These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of repair and maintenance services, engineering and fabrication, roadside assistance, and mobile hydraulic hose repair services (collectively referred to as “Services”) by [Rapid Diesel Services], a company registered in Queensland, Australia. By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Requests and Estimates

1.1. Service requests can be made by phone, email, or through our website.

1.2. We will provide you with an estimate for the cost of the Services based on the information provided. This estimate is subject to change upon inspection of the vehicle or equipment.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

2.2. Payment is due upon completion of the Services. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic funds transfer.

2.3. Any additional work required that was not included in the original estimate will be communicated to you, and your approval will be sought before proceeding.

3. Appointment Scheduling

3.1. We will make every effort to schedule appointments at your convenience. However, appointment availability is subject to our current workload and service technician availability.

4. Repairs and Maintenance

4.1. We will perform the Services with due care and skill in accordance with industry standards.

4.2. We use quality parts and materials, and any warranty provided by the manufacturer will apply to such parts.

4.3. Repairs and maintenance may void manufacturer warranties, and it is your responsibility to check with your manufacturer if this is a concern.

5. Engineering and Fabrication Services

5.1. Our engineering and fabrication Services are subject to separate quotes and contracts, and additional terms and conditions may apply.

6. Roadside Assistance

6.1. Roadside assistance is provided within our service area. Additional fees may apply for services outside this area.

7. Mobile Hydraulic Hose Repairs

7.1. Mobile hydraulic hose repair services are provided on-site, and we will use our best efforts to provide prompt service. However, response times may vary.

8. Warranty

8.1. We warrant our work for a period of six months from the date of completion. This warranty covers the specific services provided and does not extend to other parts of the vehicle or equipment.

9. Liability

9.1. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the Services.

9.2. Our liability is limited to the cost of the Services provided.

10. Insurance

10.1. We maintain adequate insurance coverage, including public liability insurance, to protect against unforeseen events.

11. Cancellations and Rescheduling

11.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply for short notice cancellations.

12. Privacy

12.1. We will protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1. In the event of a dispute, we will seek an amicable resolution through negotiation or mediation.

14. Governing Law

14.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

15. Changes to Terms

15.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and the updated Terms will be posted on our website.
